EVENT INFORMATION:

To ensure the safety of all attendees, Targeting Hope will have certain procedures in place at the event. These procedures are:

  • Only one individual from each team will be permitted to register the team and pick up ammo

  • Only three individuals will be allowed in the registration area at once

  • All attendees must wear masks where social distancing cannot be maintained

  • Each team will be assigned a golf cart and a table to sit at during lunch and the awards ceremony

  • Tickets will be sold using Square credit card payments. Cash will not be accepted

  • Masks will be required while traveling to each station via golf cart

  • Only one shooter will be allowed in the shoot house / stand at once

  • Teams may remove their masks while at a station, but all team members must remain six feet from one another

  • All team members must stay with their team

  • Only one team is permitted at a station at a time

  • All attendees must wear their mask while in the lunch buffet line or while grabbing a beverage

SCHEDULE:

Registration / Breakfast | 9:00 - 10:00 AM

Safety Meeting | 10:00 - 10:30 AM

Tournament | 10:30 AM  - 1:30 PM

Lunch | 1:30 - 2:30 PM

Drawing & Awards | 2:30 - 3:00 PM
